This hop is hosted by I Am A Reader, Not A Writer. Complete linky list is here.
I'm giving away a signed ARC of Blind Spot by Lauren Ellen; perfect condition.
...the thing is, it's personalized. I didn't mean it to get personalized, but that's what happens when you just drop it off at an event because you're sick, and they don't read the "do not personalize" note carefully. So...maybe you'll be lucky and it'll match your name. But hey if not, it's still a book! :)
US shipping only this time, sorry guys.

I use the kindle app on my iPad, iPod, and my Android phone. It makes for one less book to carry with me to campus and between classes!
ReplyDeleteThat's what I would want to use mine for. I don't have one. I love books I can feel. But it would be nice not having to lug a backpack full of books through the airport.
ReplyDeleteI use my ereader all the time - but I love print books i usually purchase my favorites in hardcover!

ReplyDeleteI got a Kindle for Christmas. My girlfriend bought it for me because it's a nine hour train ride to get to her place and I couldn't pack too many books. I prefer physical copies, but the Kindle has proven convenient.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway.
I have a Nook but still love & collect print copies (especially for books I love). The Nook is just handy for my commute (multiple bus transfers), lending, and e-books are cheaper too.
ReplyDeleteI love print books. The kindle is good for freebies and ones that aren't yet in print.

I have an e-reader, in fact I have 2. The first one, a Sony Pocket edition, was a gift from my mom after I had been talking about getting one for 2 years straight. The second, a BEBook, I bought myself. The BEBook is great because it has a stylus, connects to WiFi and reads nearly every format of book out there, including mobi and lit. But the Sony is great because when you turn it off in the middle of a page, it turns on right where you left off. No hunting and searching for the last book you read. Of course, I still love "dead tree" books, but I mainly save those for the series that I am collecting.
ReplyDeleteNope, love print books.
ReplyDeleteI love my Kindle and I don't know what I would do without it - now I can even read when I am doing dishes or in the bath. All I need is a sealed freezer bag so it doesn't get wet!

I do actually, even though I don't use it. I bought a Nook when they first came out and used it for a few months but Its just not the same as reading a print book. I love having print books because I keep every book I've read and built up quite a Library of them. Nothing beats reading a print book!! Thank you for a chance to win and for being a part of this fun and awesome blog hop!!
ReplyDeleteI have an ereader but don't use it often. Like you, I use it for trips or when I can't bring print books! Thanks for this amazing giveaway - I would love to win!
